Normet Alpha 20 Tier 3 Underground Wet Mix Concrete Sprayer
Alpha 20 Tier 3 is a diesel-hydraulically driven underground wet mix concrete sprayer designed for reliable shotcrete application in tunnels up to 5 m × 5 m. The machine is equipped with the Normet BS7622 concrete pump delivering a theoretical pumping capacity of 20 m³/h and a maximum pumping pressure of 50 bar, enabling efficient spraying of stiff concrete mixes.
The machine features a 7 m maximum boom reach with 360° nozzle rotation, 120° tilt and automatic orbitor (60 rpm) for optimized spraying performance. The accelerator system is based on a hydraulically driven peristaltic pump with a 350 L stainless steel tank. Powered by a 120 kW Deutz TCD 2013 L4 Tier 3 diesel engine, Alpha 20 offers hydrostatic 4-wheel drive, four-wheel steering with crabwalk, and radio remote control for safe and precise operation underground.
