Normet Alpha 30 DC7 Underground Wet Mix Concrete Sprayer
Alpha 30 DC7 is a diesel-hydraulic mobile concrete sprayer designed for tunnel profiles up to 7 m in height and 9 m in width. The machine is equipped with a hydraulically driven screw-type air compressor (FAD 7 m³/min @ 7 bar) and the NSP 30 low-wear double piston concrete pump with a theoretical pumping capacity of 3–12 m³/h. The accelerator dosing system utilizes a hydraulically driven peristaltic pump with two stainless steel tanks totaling 420 liters.
Built for reliable underground operation, the Alpha 30DC7 features four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, and a 120 kW Deutz TCD 2013 L4 Tier 3 diesel engine. The open one-man FOPS/ROPS-approved cockpit ensures operator safety, while optional radio or wired remote control systems allow precise control of boom movements, nozzle rotation, accelerator dosing, and concrete pump functions.
