Designed for challenging environments, the Mustang 4-F1 is a compact rig built for one-person operation in confined or low-impact drilling conditions. With a pull capacity of 42.2 kN and rotation torque up to 5,700 Nm, this crawler-mounted unit delivers reliable performance for residential and light commercial projects.
Powered by a fuel-efficient Deutz D914 L05 Tier 3 engine (72.5 kW), the rig offers low emissions and quiet operation. It’s equipped with the DHR48H56-1 rotation head, COP1238 down-the-hole hammer, and a 30 l/min foam injection pump for stabilized drilling in variable soil conditions. The Mustang 4-F1 is compatible with Symmetrix and Odex overburden systems and supports drill depths up to 150 m with 5"–6" tools.
Thanks to its modular design, adjustable rod rack, hydraulic welder, and on-board pneumatic connector for bit grinding, the Mustang ensures quick setup, easy transportation, and high productivity. Its low ground pressure (0.5 kg/cm²) allows operation on delicate surfaces like lawns and pavement.
