Sandvik DL2720 Longhole Drill

Sandvik DL2720 is a compact electro-hydraulic longhole drill designed for underground mining operations in production drifts measuring 3.4 × 3.2 m or larger. The rig is engineered for drilling vertical and inclined fan patterns as well as single and parallel longholes with diameters ranging from 64 to 89 mm and depths up to 38 meters.

The machine is equipped with the HL820ST hydraulic rock drill, LFRC700 drilling module, FR10 longhole boom and Sandvik VIC drilling control system with remote operation capability. The articulated four-wheel-drive carrier, diesel-powered undercarriage and FOPS-certified operator canopy provide high drilling performance, accurate hole positioning and reliable operation in demanding underground mining conditions.
