The Sandvik D45KS is a diesel-powered, self-propelled down-the-hole drilling rig designed for surface mining and large-scale quarrying operations. Equipped with a high-pressure air compressor and mounted on a heavy-duty crawler undercarriage, the machine delivers reliable performance and efficient production drilling in demanding environments.
Designed for hole diameters from 165 to 222 mm, the Sandvik D45KS provides first-pass depths of 8.7 m and maximum hole depths of up to 63 m. Its 447 kW diesel engine, robust feed system and high-torque rotary head ensure excellent penetration rates, dependable operation and high productivity for blast hole drilling applications.
