The Sandvik DI200 is a compact down-the-hole drilling rig developed for demanding quarrying, construction and infrastructure projects where mobility and productivity are equally important. Despite its relatively small footprint, the machine delivers powerful drilling performance and is particularly suitable for operations in confined areas and narrow benches.
Built on a robust crawler carrier with excellent ground clearance, the DI200 combines high traction with stable operation on uneven terrain. The rig is equipped with a telescopic boom, a comfortable FOPS and ROPS certified cabin and a Deutz BF6M1013EC diesel engine delivering 146 kW. Large service hatches provide convenient access to major components, reducing maintenance time and simplifying replacement of wear parts.
Designed for hole diameters from 70 to 115 mm, the Sandvik DI200 utilizes a high-capacity 11 m³/min compressor operating at 14 bar and offers drilling depths of up to 32 m depending on rod configuration. Its rod handling system and efficient powertrain make the machine a reliable solution for aggregate production, quarry development and surface mining applications.
