Boart Longyear LM110 Underground Coring Drill
The Boart Longyear LM110 is a modular underground diamond coring drill developed for deep-hole mineral exploration. It is designed for demanding underground applications where reliable performance, precise drilling control and flexibility of configuration are essential.
The modular construction allows the drilling system to be adapted to different operating conditions and exploration requirements. LM PQ / LMPQ Configuration
The LM110 platform is also used as the basis for the Boart Longyear LM PQ (LMPQ) underground drilling configuration. Boart Longyear developed this version from the LM110 and Nitro-Chuck platforms with the addition of a PQ drill head.
This configuration extends the capabilities of the LM platform for PQ drilling while retaining the modular approach of the LM110 system. Components and assemblies may differ depending on the specific drill configuration.
