Secoroc COP 64 Gold down-the-hole hammer
The Secoroc COP 64 Gold is a heavy-duty down-the-hole (DTH) hammer designed for large diameter drilling in demanding conditions such as mining, quarrying and water-well drilling. The hammer delivers powerful and consistent impact directly to the drill bit, ensuring high penetration rates and reliable performance.

Lubrication requirements
Recommended oil consumption is 0.5–0.8 l/h. Increase lubrication by 0.1–0.2 l/h when water injection is used.
Use high-quality lubricating oil with strong adhesion, corrosion protection and suitable viscosity depending on ambient temperature:
- -20 to +15°C: ISO VG 46–100
- +15 to +35°C: ISO VG 100–150
- Above +35°C: ISO VG 150–220
Operation and maintenance
To ensure optimal performance, maintain correct rotation speed and feed force. Excessive rotation increases wear, while insufficient rotation reduces drilling efficiency.
Regular maintenance, proper lubrication and timely replacement of worn components such as piston, cylinder and driver chuck are essential for long-term reliability.
