The Deutz 912 series features compact, modular air-cooled diesel engines designed for demanding applications across construction, agriculture, transport, and industrial machinery. Thanks to direct fuel injection and forced air cooling, these engines deliver consistent power with low fuel consumption and simplified service access.
All models are based on a proven OHV 4-stroke design and available in 3-, 4-, 5-, and 6-cylinder horizontal configurations. Their component-based construction ensures excellent interchangeability and easy cylinder-specific servicing without dismantling the entire unit. The engines are equipped with electric starters for reliable operation in cold weather conditions.
